What is your return policy?
If you feel as if a lead in your order fits under the following circumstances, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving the original lead.
Duplicated lead within a 90 day time frame
Contacted lead is 85 years or older
Lead is 25 miles outside of requested territory
What makes EDM Leads any different?
EDM Leads is different because we offer a lower cost for leads and the opportunity to use our fully automated process. We are supported by the SBHS agency that provides the true community support and accountability for their agents, but we also provide strong support to agents that are contracted through their own agency.
How do I print the leads?
To print your PDF lead card, click on the link and it should show a display right above the link. Select that link that pops up above. The PDF should pop up in your downloads folder.
How longs does it take to get my leads?
Once your order begins processing, you will receive an email with further instructions to begin your order. Once we have received the necessary information to begin running your order, your leads should begin flowing within the next 24 hours of receiving the necessary information.
What do I receive with a non-contracted lead order?
You will receive 25 digital leads weekly with a PDF lead card. You can find more information about what is offered with our non-contracted lead order on the Lead Pricing page.
I received a lead that is farther than 35 Miles away. What do I do?
If you have received a lead that is farther than 25 -35 miles away, please email the name of your lead to email@example.com. We will add on another lead to your order.
